EXCAVATION & EARTHWORKS
From utility installs and new construction prep to yard grading and driveways, we handle the practical excavation work that keeps Nelson properties functioning in our unique Kootenay landscape.
WHAT WE DO (RESIDENTIAL EXCAVATION)
THE PERFECT START FOR YOUR NELSON SITE.
Heavy Power & Precision
Good excavation is about more than digging. The machine work has to fit the property, the access, the drainage, the utilities, and the way the space will be used when the job is finished.
We are set up for tight residential and rural sites, with our smallest excavator able to fit through openings as narrow as 3 feet. We also bring experience in Fire Smart methods, hard landscaping & xeriscaping. We can often accommodate same-day bulk deliveries of structural rocks, gravel, and topsoil.

We needed a trench dug for an electric line to be buried out to our shed & driveway – Kelly coordinated everything between our electrician and Fortis so that our yard was disrupted for the least amount of time. His crew was great – everything (paving stones, retention wall, irrigation pipes) was dug up and returned good as new within 3 working days.
